Q: Do You Offer OEM/ODM Service?
A: Yes, we have extensive experience in providing OEM and ODM services. Design services are also available to meet your specific requirements.
Q: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A: For online orders, the MOQ is 1,000 Pcs per model. For OEM/ODM, the standard MOQ is 1,000 pcs per model, though we do accept smaller quantities as trial orders.
Q: What is the delivery lead time?
A: Sample orders typically take 5-7 working days. Bulk production orders are usually delivered within 15-30 working days.
Q: How do you handle shipping?
A: We commonly use express carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL), as well as sea and air freight. We work with stable logistics partners, or you can use your own forwarder.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Normally, we accept T/T with a 30% deposit and the balance cleared after order completion. We are flexible to other methods based on your needs.
