3. How do you ship the samples?
We usually send samples by FEDEX, UPS, TNT or DHL. If you have a carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account.
4. How long is the production lead time?
It takes 20 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which ensures fast delivery time even for large quantities.
5. What format of the file do you need for custom designs?
Usually an AI file is needed. If you are looking to make a new mold, a 3D file is required.
