💡 Can I get a sample and how long will it take?
Of course. We can make samples based on your requirements. Once the order is confirmed, the sample cost part will be refunded. Sample lead time: 7-10 days.
💡 What kind of files do you accept for design artwork?
AI and TIFF are the best formats. JPG, PDF, EPS, and PSD are also acceptable. Any format must be 300 DPI or above.
💡 How to confirm the quality before starting production?
1) We can provide samples for you to choose from, and then we produce according to that quality. 2) Send us your samples, and we will manufacture according to your quality.
💡 What is your production lead time?
Our standard production lead time is approximately 40-50 days.
💡 What are the payment terms?
T/T: 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against copy of B/L. We also accept LC (Letter of Credit).
