What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
For online orders, the MOQ is 1000Pcs per model. For OEM/ODM, our standard MOQ is 1000pcs each model, but we accept small orders as trial orders.
What is your delivery time?
Samples are delivered within 5-7 working days. Bulk orders typically take 15-30 working days depending on the order size.
How About The Shipping Methods?
We usually use express services (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) as well as sea and air transportation. We provide safe and stable logistics quotations, or you can use your own forwarder.
What is the payment term?
Normally we use T/T, with a 30% deposit and the balance cleared after the order is finished. We can also adjust payment methods according to your needs.
